I'm Kim Coman and I founded Coman Home Inspections in 1996 with the goal to help reduce your risk when buying or selling real estate buildings.
As a home builder and remodeler in the 1980s, I gained valuable experience in the building process. I have framed buildings, installed siding, and plumbed and wired homes.
This experience was invaluable when I started inspecting homes in 1994. Since then, I have inspected more than 5,000 homes, investment buildings, and commercial buildings.
